The inflatable packer is one of grouting injection packer, which is suitable for coal mine water injection, dust reduction, and rock engineering grouting. The inflatable packer is made of rubber hose, steel pipe and connecting nipple, and is a very useful grouting sealing part.
The expansion body is fastened to the hole wall by using the friction resistance generated by the rubber, and then the chemical materials is injected into the crack through the steel pipe. After the grouting injection is completed, the rubber expansion body returns to its original shape by unloading the pressure, which is due to the high elasticity of the rubber and the ability of the reinforcement layer.
As the import part of inflatable packer, the rubber tube adopts a double-layer reinforced structure design, with excellent mechanical properties and safety and reliability. The bursting pressure and tensile strength are greatly improved. The synthetic formula of nitrile rubber (NBR) is adopted, which combines the elasticity of natural rubber and the durability of synthetic materials. During the construction grouting and injection, the waste of chemical grouting materials is reduced. The surface convex pattern provides 1.5 times the friction coefficient to ensure the safety of operation.
