Acrylate Resin Grouting Gel

Acrylate resin grouting is a hydrophilic gel material based on acrylate, which is usually composed of two components: resin and initiator. When injected into the cracks of concrete, the resin reacts with the initiator to form a water-impermeable gel, which can fill the cracks in the concrete, thereby achieving the purpose of waterproofing. The low surface tension and low viscosity of acrylate make it very easy to grouting injection.

Feature

Highly effective penetration performance:The gel of acrylate grouting material has extremely strong penetrating ability and can penetrate into the cracks of concrete.

Safety and environmental protection:Acrylate grouting materials do not contain free acrylamide and other harmful substances, have low toxicity, will not pollute the environment, and meet the environmental protection standards of modern construction.

Excellent anti-seepage performance: The acrylic gel grouting has extremely strong anti-seepage ability, which can effectively prevent moisture from penetrating into the concrete.

Strong chemical resistance: Acrylate chemical grouting material has excellent chemical resistance and can resist corrosion from a variety of chemicals such as petroleum, mineral oil, and vegetable oil.

Adjustable gel time:Select appropriate slurry concentration and gel time according to construction requirements and environmental conditions. The gel time needs to be adjusted according to actual conditions to avoid premature solidification or slow diffusion.

Application

Underground projects: Faced with high water pressure and water seepage from cracks, acrylate grouting materials can provide a lasting anti-seepage effect and ensure the safety of the project structure.

Water conservancy facilities:The concrete structures of water conservancy facilities such as dams and reservoirs are prone to cracks due to water pressure. Acrylate grouting materials can effectively fill these cracks and prevent water leakage.

Tunnel Engineering: The waterproofing of tunnels is particularly important. Acrylate grouting material has become the preferred material in tunnel waterproofing construction due to its excellent permeability and ease of construction.
